The Client Solutions Engineer will be responsible for delivering impactful product demonstrations, maintaining essential sales collateral, supporting strategic partnership opportunities, and ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer needs. This role will actively contribute to iScribeHealth’s mission by enhancing the customer experience and driving forward sales and partnership initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations & Sales Support

Facilitate high-impact product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, including internal teams, prospective clients, and partners. Collaborate closely with the sales team to customize demonstrations for specialty healthcare practices, EHR systems, and relevant solutions. Design and deliver dynamic, scenario-based demos that mirror real patient encounters, clinical documentation workflows, and EHR interactions. Pivot demonstrations in real time based on physician questions, workflow objections, or unexpected clinical use cases while maintaining clinical accuracy and relevance across specialties, visit types, and care settings. Support direct sales and partnership efforts through engaging, clinically grounded demonstrations, and continuously refine demo scenarios to align with product updates, enhancements, and evolving customer needs. Leverage clinical knowledge to address customer pain points and clearly communicate how the product delivers meaningful value.

Clinical Engagement & Physician Interaction

Actively engage with physicians, clinical leaders, and care teams to understand real-world workflows, documentation challenges, and operational constraints. Conduct mock clinical encounters, including role-reversal scenarios where acting as both provider and patient, to authentically demonstrate product capabilities and establish clinical credibility. Translate clinical needs into clear technical and workflow-based narratives that resonate with providers, administrators, and operational leaders. Confidently lead clinical conversations in both virtual and onsite settings, adapting communication style based on audience, specialty, and environment. Pivot quickly in fast-moving sales and clinical situations, responding effectively to live feedback, objections, and shifting priorities while maintaining composure and professionalism in high-stakes, physician-facing and executive-level discussions.

Sales Collateral & Competitive Insights Management

Maintain and routinely update comprehensive sales collateral, including corporate overviews, product one-pagers, and sales-focused case studies, ensuring all materials accurately reflect the latest product features and capabilities. Develop and manage a library of competitive intelligence materials, providing detailed insights into industry trends, competitor offerings, and market positioning to support the sales team’s strategic efforts. Gather and analyze feedback from sales interactions to identify gaps or opportunities in sales collateral and ensure materials align with client needs and expectations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all tools and resources are tailored to effectively address customer pain points and highlight the product’s value proposition in a competitive landscape.

Trade Shows & Conferences

Represent iScribeHealth at trade shows, conferences, and partner events to showcase the technical and clinical capabilities of the product. Engage with attendees to address technical inquiries and emphasize how the product meets specific clinical and operational needs.

Product & Industry Knowledge

Stay current on product features, enhancements, and releases to ensure all customer interactions are informed and relevant.
