Influencer & Celebrity Relationship Building: Engage with influencers, celebrities, and their content to amplify our brand presence. Contribute meaningfully to trending conversations with poise, relevance, and a touch of wit. Manage gifting requests, event invites, and collaboration request correspondences.

Content Moderation: Monitor posts and comments to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Keep the community space positive, inclusive, and on-brand.

Brand Voice Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone that blends professionalism with the fun, conversational style of internet culture. Whether replying to a fan or commenting on a viral post, every interaction should feel authentic and aligned with our brand.

Trend Spotting & Participation: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral moments, and internet culture. Identify opportunities to join trending conversations and leverage them to engage our audience.

Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams, helping inform content strategies and campaigns.

Relationship Building: Foster connections with key followers, influencers, and fans, creating a loyal and engaged community that champions the brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 1-2 years in community management for consumer brands on Instagram and TikTok, with a proven track record of driving engagement.

Internet Culture Fluency: Strong understanding of memes, viral trends, internet slang, and emoji usage to effectively communicate in a way that resonates with online audiences while remaining on-brand.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand responses that balance professionalism with a conversational, fun tone.

Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok from a content creation and community engagement perspective. Required familiarity with social media and influencer analytics and management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Aspire, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Proactive & Creative: Strong ability to anticipate trends, craft engaging interactions, and think quickly to participate in real-time conversations.

Multitasking Abilities: Experience managing high volumes of comments, messages, and posts while maintaining quality and consistency.

Cultural Awareness: Finger on the pulse of pop culture and internet trends, ensuring the brand is always part of the conversation.
