Position Summary

We are looking for a highly technical part-time (15-20 hours a week) Ecommerce Coordinator who can assist in the development and management of our Shopify+ site and the rest of our e-comm tech stack. The ideal candidate has high technical literacy and can work fluently across Shopify, Asana, GA4, Cin7 (IMS), Figma, and Google Drive. This coordinator will report to the Senior Digital Director. The coordinator requires a strong understanding of ecommerce website management (Shopify experience required) and product data feed knowledge. This role will need to work out of our MN Office, located in Edina.

Key Responsibilities

• Product set up in Shopify including descriptions, details, images, tagging, review grouping and testing;
• Assist with Meta and TikTok Shop maintenance through the creation of supplementary feeds and product tagging;
• Merchandise collections to optimize for product click through and conversion;
• Execute updates and enhancements on the website to optimize user experience and sales performance;
• Use page analytics to inform optimizations of lower converting products;
• Act as a liaison between customer service, fulfillment/operations, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce, product management, UX, site merchandising, or related functions;
• Proficiency in file management (photos, videos) and data organization using tools such as AirTable and Google Sheets.
• Highly tech savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms;
• Familiarity with management of Shopify sites is required;
• Strong analytical aptitude and experience manipulating datasets for reporting in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Detail oriented and has a sharp eye for catching errors and bugs;
• Bonus for experience managing centralized product data feeds;
• Curious and unafraid to research the answer and ask lots of questions.
