The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Voxie. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of business operations, including but not limited to quarterly goal planning, contract management, board meeting preparation, general HR and finance operations, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee HR functions such as hiring and onboarding/offboarding employees. Utilizing Justworks for general employee management.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic goals and objectives for the company. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and success.
  • Finance Ops: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM system, including user management, data integrity, reporting, and system customization. Provide training and support to CRM users across the organization. Currently utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity. Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, product and engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts towards common goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Develop a deep understanding of the business and product to be able to readily identify risks in real time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and other CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 ultimately, compensation depends on experience and skillset
