We are looking for a commercial painter and caulker who will support commercial renovation projects, including large-scale condominium and property renovations. The position focuses on painting and caulking tasks performed directly on active job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial painting on renovation and construction projects
- Complete caulking and sealant work on windows, walls, and building surfaces
- Prepare surfaces, including masking, patching, and cleanup
- Follow instructions from on-site supervisors and maintain job-site safety standards

Requirements:
- At least 1 year prior experience with painting and caulking experience
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and from job sites
- Comfortable working on commercial projects and multi-story properties
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew
