Responsibilities:

- Replace defective parts and fabricate parts as needed.
- Conduct routine checks and change brake shoes.
- Identify defects and adhere to required repair standards.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in railcar repair.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication.
- Ability to identify railcar defects and comprehend repair standards.
- Must have reliable transportation.
