Overview:
We’re hiring an HVAC Helper to support technicians with installations, repairs, and general HVAC tasks. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow toward becoming a technician.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with system installations, material setup, and tool handling
- Support technicians on job sites by measuring, organizing materials, and learning system operations
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow instructions and develop technical skills over time

Requirements:
- No prior HVAC experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and able to take direction
- Comfortable working in residential and light commercial environments
