Overview
We’re seeking a proven journeyman-level plumber to handle commercial rough-in and trim on both new construction and retrofit projects. The ideal hire works independently, communicates clearly with project teams, and brings strong ethics and workmanship to every job.

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial plumbing rough-in and finish: water supply, DWV, setting fixtures, and equipment tie-ins.
- Read and interpret plans/specs; complete accurate measurements and material take-offs.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issue
- Lead or mentor apprentices/helpers

Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience with demonstrated independence on rough/trim
- Proficiency in layout, pipe assembly/jointing, fixture setting, and code-compliant installations.
- Strong reliability, communication, and ethics; safety-first approach.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation; willingness to travel when required.
