Overview
We're seeking a residential HVAC service technician to handle a high volume of service requests. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair home HVAC systems while delivering professional, customer-friendly service in occupied homes. Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus but not required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC diagnostics and complete repairs safely and correctly.
- Communicate findings, options, and next steps clearly to customers and office staff.
- Follow work orders and basic instructions accurately; document work performed.
- Represent the company professionally on-site with strong customer service and hygiene.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of prior hands-on HVAC experience
- Ability to run basic diagnostics and/or execute repairs independently.
- EPA 608 certification preferred; ability/willingness to obtain if not yet certified (testing support available).
- Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism when entering customers’ homes.
