Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join a cleaning team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality service in private homes. This role involves performing thorough cleanings, maintaining professional client interactions, and ensuring a positive impression in every household served.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms), including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitizing, and trash removal.
- Follow established checklists and quality standards; note and report maintenance or supply needs.
- Communicate courteously with clients and teammates; uphold a positive, professional demeanor on every job.
- Attend weekly team check-ins to pick up supplies and receive assignments

Requirements
- At least 1 year prior housekeeping/cleaning experience required; hotel housekeeping experience is acceptable.
- English proficiency for clear on-site and team communication.
- Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
