Overview
We are hiring multiple Service Technicians (8 positions available) to assist with apartment unit turns and general maintenance work. This role is hands-on, with a focus on preparing units for new residents and supporting general upkeep.

Responsibilities
- Handle apartment unit turns (painting, minor carpentry, flooring, fixture replacements, etc.)
- Assist with general property repairs and upkeep
- Support maintenance technicians and site supervisor on larger projects
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to property standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of general maintenance or apartment service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
