Overview:
We’re seeking Flooring Installers to assist with residential renovation projects, including both flooring removal and new installation. Work will involve a mix of laminate, hardwood, and similar flooring materials. Candidates should be skilled with installation tools and capable of working independently or as part of a small crew.

Responsibilities:
- Remove existing flooring and prepare surfaces for new installation.
- Install laminate, hardwood, or similar flooring materials with precision.
- Ensure accurate cuts, alignment, and a clean finish throughout the project.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain schedule and quality.

Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of flooring installation experience.
- Ability to lift materials, operate saws and flooring tools safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to craftsmanship.
