Responsibilities:
- Replace air filters on large commercial HVAC units across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure all projects are completed efficiently.
- Provide support in general maintenance and odd services as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC or related maintenance roles with no license required.
- Ability to work at heights and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
