Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer to support full residential renovation projects from start to finish. This role requires a versatile tradesperson capable of handling a wide range of construction tasks independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive residential renovation work, including roofing, flooring, painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Independently manage assigned tasks based on project needs and client requests without direct supervision.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and meeting project timelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction or home renovations.
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and problem-solve on-site.
- Broad skill set that may include carpentry, roofing, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
