Overview:
We're seeking an MEP BIM Modeler who will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing shop drawings and conducting multi-trade coordination to ensure systems are integrated seamlessly into projects. The role involves working from the office, home, and visiting job sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and review MEP shop drawings using Autodesk and Revit.
- Size systems and calculate materials needed for projects.
- Coordinate with other trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to ensure compatibility and integration.
- Attend meetings and site visits for project planning and follow-up.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Autodesk and Revit software.
-Experience in creating MEP shop drawings with multi-trade coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to calculate material requirements.
Local to DFW area, with capability to travel to job sites and attend meetings.
