Overview We’re seeking an experienced Cabinet Spray Painter to specialize in high-quality kitchen and bathroom cabinet finishes. This role requires strong hands-on experience with airless paint sprayers, detailed surface preparation, and a sharp eye for fine finishing. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work and consistently delivers clean, professional results. Responsibilities - Spray kitchen and bathroom cabinets using airless paint sprayers to achieve smooth, high-quality finishes. - Perform detailed surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, spackling, deglossing, and masking. - Maintain finish consistency, overspray control, and overall quality standards throughout each project. - Safely operate and care for spraying equipment while keeping job sites clean and organized. Requirements - Minimum of five years of general painting experience, including at least one year of hands-on cabinet spraying with airless equipment. - Proven experience with prep work specific to cabinets and fine-finish applications. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Own basic personal tools such as a utility knife, 5-in-1 painter’s tool, and paintbrush. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and follow quality standards.
