Overview:
We’re seeking a Landscaping and Hardscaping Laborer to support year-round outdoor projects, including winter snow removal and summer landscaping and hardscaping work. This is a long-term role for a versatile individual who can contribute across multiple project types and seasons.

Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of landscaping tasks, focusing on both functional and aesthetic elements.
- Perform hardscaping duties such as constructing stone work, walls, walkways, and patios.
- Assist with the setup and installation of fencing and new yard projects.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficient workflow and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping, with a willingness to undergo additional training for specialized tasks.
- Ability to handle both summer landscaping projects and winter snow removals with versatility.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, digging, and equipment use.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and landscape tools.
