Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter to support ongoing rough and finish carpentry projects, with a strong focus on decks and marine construction. This role is best suited for a journeyman-level carpenter who can deliver quality work independently across outdoor and specialty projects. Responsibilities: - Perform rough framing and finish carpentry on decks, marine structures, and related builds - Construct and install handrails, structural components, and finished elements - Execute carpentry tasks efficiently across varied materials and environments - Maintain high standards for workmanship and job-site safety Requirements: - At least 4 years of hands-on carpentry experience - Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry techniques - Ability to adapt to different materials and project types - Dependable, consistent, and able to work with minimal supervision
