Overview:
We’re seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with strong field experience to oversee grading and excavation projects while ensuring work is completed accurately and to plan. This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to read blueprints independently, and confidence managing crews in both commercial and residential environments.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, layouts, and grade plans to ensure accurate execution
- Supervise and direct on-site crews to ensure work is completed to specifications and grade
- Oversee excavation, grading, concrete prep, and site work operations
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers as needed to support job progress

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing construction layout and setting grades
- Proven ability to read and work independently from blueprints and site plans
- Experience supervising crews on commercial and residential construction projects
- Hands-on experience operating excavation equipment, including excavators and skid steers
