Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete and framing work on new construction projects. This role requires the ability to independently manage a crew, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and ensure work is completed safely and to standard. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and confident running projects with minimal oversight. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a crew on concrete and framing projects for new construction - Independently manage daily job site operations, sequencing, and productivity - Operate and oversee equipment use, including skid steers and mini excavators, as needed - Ensure job site safety practices and quality standards are consistently followed Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of construction experience, with 1–2 years in a foreman or lead role - Strong background in concrete work; framing experience required - Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators - OSHA certification preferred; forklift experience is a plus
