Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Water Well Driller to independently operate and manage water well drilling projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on professional who can perform drilling work without supervision and represent the operation reliably in the field. The ideal candidate has deep, practical experience and is confident running jobs on their own. Responsibilities: - Perform water well drilling operations independently from setup through completion - Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently in field conditions - Assess drilling conditions and make real-time decisions onsite - Coordinate with the office and job site as needed during drilling projects Requirements - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Water Well Driller - Proven ability to work independently without supervision - Strong understanding of water well drilling equipment and field operations - Ability to bring required personal safety equipment on site (e.g. hard hat)
