Overview:
We're seeking a Finish Carpenter will play a critical role in completing residential projects from foundation to finish. This position requires exceptional skill and experience to ensure high-quality workmanship in custom and production homes.

Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail in residential settings.

- Read and interpret blueprints to carry out construction tasks accurately.
- Prepare and maintain tools and equipment for carpentry tasks.

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in finish carpentry
- Strong familiarity with the trades and detail-oriented craftsmanship.
- Must require reliable vehicle for accessing remote job sites.
- Ability to operate necessary carpentry tools and adhere to safety protocols.
