Overview
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to handle residential service work across a steady pipeline of assigned jobs. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while working independently in the field. The ideal candidate is a strong all-around technician with solid residential experience and the ability to adapt to occasional install support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Run residential HVAC service calls including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Complete assigned jobs daily using a mobile dispatch and tracking application
- Accurately document job status, arrival, and completion through the company system
- Assist with HVAC installations as needed during peak demand or special projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across common HVAC systems
- Ability to work under a company contracting license
- EPA certification preferred but not required
