Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties in the Georgia market. This role requires a strong understanding of local real estate trends, Georgia regulations, and the ability to guide clients confidently through every stage of a transaction. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and skilled at building lasting professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and provide clients with market insights and pricing recommendations
- Guide clients through contract negotiations, documentation, and closing processes
- Manage property listings, marketing efforts, and ongoing client communications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals
Requirements:
- Valid Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain one prior to start (requires completion of a 75-hour Commission-approved Prelicense Course and passing the state licensing exam)
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
