Overview:
This field-based sales role is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of beverage accounts within an assigned territory in Brooklyn, NY. The representative will follow a pre-built daily route, visiting multiple accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for customers. The position is largely remote and self-directed, requiring strong initiative and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Visit 8–15 accounts per day along an established route, maintaining and growing relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
• Merchandise accounts with appropriate point-of-sale materials and conduct in-store promotions on a regular basis
• Develop new accounts and secure new product placements within the territory
• Manage accounts receivable collections in line with company credit policy and execute monthly sales goals
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (no rideshare or alternative transport)
• At least one year of sales, route, or merchandising experience preferred; candidates familiar with beverage or food distribution are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, and obtain state liquor authority certification
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field
