ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple projects in a construction and related-industry environment. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while splitting your time between office-based coordination and active field presence at job sites. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a real asset in this role, as you'll work with a diverse mix of clients, vendors, and crews.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate project schedules, order materials and parts, track deliveries, and manage inventory needs across active projects
- Oversee construction crews on-site, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues in real time
- Serve as the main communication liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams and respond to customer needs
- Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, schedules, and risk assessments
- Identify and address project risks, delays, and operational challenges as they arise
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience in construction management or project coordination is preferred
- Background in construction, petroleum, or a related field is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for regular travel to job sites
