Role Description
Are you a recent graduate or in college? This is a full-time, base salary plus commission position for a Sales Account Executive Rep-Intern (Talent & Tech) located in Birmingham, AL, following completion of our paid training program. The Sales Account Executive Rep-Intern will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients(Cold Calling, Email), managing customer relationships, demonstrating product features, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Account Executive Rep-Intern will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Field Sales, Cold Calling, and communication skills
- Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and closing sales deals is ideal
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and providing product demonstrations is a plus
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- College juniors and seniors are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus
