Role Description

Executive Assistant (Full-time, Hybrid)

Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig - Onsite Monday to Thursday, Work From Home Fridays

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed alongside the CEO and International Ops Manager.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to our CEO and International Operations Manager. This role requires a resourceful individual who can manage complex schedules, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Organize and sort the CEO’s emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management and filing
  • Serve as a key point of contact and maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the CEO and International Ops Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support or project management role
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Preferred but not required: Experience supporting C-level executives
