RoadSync is growing, and so is our Product team. We are looking for a driven Director, Product Management that is looking to tackle issues for the most important vertical in the world - Supply Chain. The Director, Product Management position is critical in helping identify, build out, and scale new opportunities for all of our products and segments.

If you’re an inquisitive Product Manager who is able to roll up your sleeves with a passion for talking to customers and building awesome products, we’d love to speak with you.

Some things you'll be doing at RoadSync...

• Regularly conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover new opportunities or pain points to direct the product roadmap

• Work collaboratively with Design, Engineering, and QA to execute on the roadmap

• Tie your product roadmap back to company goals to make sure we are meeting our objectives

• Collaborate across customer facing teams to understand market facing issues and find

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization

• Conduct general market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and customer needs

• Help ensure successful product launches by supporting cross-functional teams and by helping define and execute go-to-market plans and goals

• Monitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements and updates

• Represent the company and its products at industry events and with key stakeholders

We'd love to hear from you if…

• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to perform planning and execution of initiatives

• Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target-driven environment

• Data-driven, results-oriented, and precise

• Creative thinker with sound business judgment

• Strong written and verbal presentation skills

• Self-starter - independently initiates and drives projects toward completion

• BS/BA from a 4-year college or university

• 5 plus years of experience in product management

• Experience in the Payments or Logistics industries is a plus

• Experience with tools such as Hubspot and Pendo is a plus
