Position Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be dedicated to building and managing dynamic customer relationships. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring our property management clients receive exceptional support and service. You’ll proactively manage client needs, foster long-term relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise property management customers.
  • Establish and nurture dynamic customer relationships, understanding their unique goals and challenges.
  • Lead the implementation process for a portfolio of strategic customers, tailoring the plan to meet each customer’s needs.
  • Proactively monitor customer success metrics and take action to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Own customer onboarding, implementation, training, and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally between operations, sales, and product teams to effectively meet and support client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with attention to detail and urgency.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
  • Strong background in building and managing dynamic customer relationships
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience in property management or prop tech industries is a plus
