Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking.
- Conduct research to understand prospective clients' needs, challenges, and goals in the multifamily industry.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to uncover opportunities for our SaaS and services offerings.
- Educate prospects about the benefits and value proposition of our solutions, addressing their pain points and demonstrating how our offerings can meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update prospect information, and monitor sales activities.
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness in the multifamily market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the multifamily industry, including knowledge of property management processes, challenges, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
