Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our business processes and operational efficiency by working closely with end users to design, build, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing tier 3 support, addressing and resolving complex issues to ensure the seamless operation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Design and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform to meet business needs, improve processes, and support growth.
• Provide Support for internal and external-facing customer issues, offering advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation when necessary + core Rent Ready Product.
• Keep abreast of the latest Dynamics features and updates, incorporating new functionalities to enhance business operations.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions clearly for future reference and compliance purposes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and its application to business processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in providing high-level support (tier 3) and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
• Must own a Windows computer and have reliable internet.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or JavaScript.
• Experiencing with implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with integrating Dynamics with other business systems and technologies.
