Job Description

The Market Operations Coordinator helps Rent Ready by:

  • Managing the supply of service provider resources to meet the demand of Rent Ready customers in their assigned market.
  • Striving for high quality and reliability of services while delivering an exceptional provider experience.
  • Solving for the customer by prioritizing high-quality service providers.
  • Keeping an optimal schedule to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitoring requests of Rent Ready service providers to ensure proper support and timely resolution.
  • Working alongside leaders to ensure healthy market-level capacity and performance metrics.
  • Coordinating with Client Relationship Managers to triangulate issues and solve rapidly.


Requirements And Duties

  • Keep, maintain, and optimize a market schedule to ensure reliability of services.
  • Adjust pairings between service providers and communities, with Client Relationship Manager input, to ensure adequate market performance and workload distribution (utilization).
  • Manage inbound communication via phone calls and text messages from service providers within the assigned market(s).


Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Be the gatekeeper of the market schedule.
    • Schedule follow-up time for the next morning when work runs late.
    • Schedule correction of dissatisfactory services with urgency.
    • Schedule work that is overdue or unassigned to a service provider.
  • Ensure well-performing service providers are matched to properties accordingly.
  • Pair newly onboarded service providers to properties.
  • Handle service provider call outs and reschedule to keep customer timelines.
  • Reschedule services if a customer’s unit(s) are not ready to be worked in.
  • Check and correct any mis-scheduled services from automated Portal creation.
  • Check and correct any payroll or system deficiencies as surfaced internally or by service providers.
  • Confirm site arrival and/or completion of services in accordance with the schedule.
  • Work in tandem with Client Relationship Managers to quickly solve issues.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in scheduling, logistics and customer service.
  • Skilled at and embraces the value of using a CRM and is tech savvy.
  • Is adaptable and team player.
  • Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient and professional in various forms of communication – email, phone, text.
  • Must have reliable internet service and a Windows computer.
  • Able to work remotely Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm EST. Rent Ready is based in Charlotte, NC - United States.
  • This is a contract position, paid through Deel.
