Primary Responsibilities:

New Client Development: Work closely with prospective clients and the ketteQ Sales team to understand their specific supply chain needs and requirements, and design solutions within the suite of ketteQ products to address their challenges effectively.

Client Education: Educate existing clients and prospective clients on how to maximize the value of the ketteQ platform, offering training and guidance, typically through demonstrations of the ketteQ products, to ensure they can effectively use the software to optimize their supply chain and reach their business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within ketteQ, including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering ketteQ’s messaging and value to prospects.

Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop proposals and solutions that align with client needs, providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sale process to secure new clients.
