Raleigh, NC Office Johnnie-O is seeking a Store Director to coach and develop our retail fleet at Johnnie-O, with a clear focus on driving sales performance through strong teams and a best-in-class client experience. This role is centered on coaching, training, and elevating our store teams - ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and accountability to grow the business. This role will partner closely with the VP of Retail, Retail Operations, and Retail HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in execution while focusing their time on developing talent, strengthening clienteling behaviors, and unlocking sales growth across the fleet.
