Role:

As a SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (SRM), reporting directly to the Head of Client Success, you will serve as the primary executive-level relationship owner for IRALOGIX’s most strategic and complex financial institution partners. This is an experienced individual contributor role that carries greater autonomy, deeper strategic influence, and broader partner portfolio responsibility than the standard Relationship Manager. The Senior RM acts as a trusted advisor to partner executives, leads complex operational engagements, drives expansion and retention within their assigned portfolio, and mentors junior Relationship Managers. The SRM roleworks cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Trust teams to deliver exceptional partner outcomes.

Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Partner Relationship Management

· Serve as the senior relationship owner and executive sponsor for IRALOGIX’s most strategic financial institution partnerships, managing relationships at the C-suite and SVP level

· Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for each strategic partner, aligned with their business goals, IRA pro-gram objectives, and growth trajectory

· Lead executive business reviews (EBRs), annual strategic planning sessions, and multi-stakeholder alignment meetings with partner leadership

· Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with partner executives, operations leaders, compliance officers, and program managers

· Serve as the escalation point for the most complex partner issues, navigating multi-stakeholder resolution with minimal man-agement intervention

Client Success & Value Realization

· Own partner health, satisfaction, and retention for the most high-value accounts in the IRALOGIX portfolio

· Proactively monitor partner health indicators, adoption metrics, and satisfaction scores; identify and address risks before they escalate

· Define and track customized success metrics for each strategic partner, demonstrating measurable platform value and ROI

· Develop and deliver executive-level insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to partner leadership

· Provide ongoing strategic guidance to partners on IRA program optimization, platform best practices, and industry trends

Revenue Expansion & Retention

· Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within strategic partner accounts, including new IRA products, additional chan-nels, increased account volumes, and cross-sell opportunities

· Lead renewal strategy and negotiation for strategic accounts in partnership with Sales and Legal

· Build and present business cases for expansion, demonstrating ROI and strategic alignment with partner objectives

· Support the development of client advocacy programs, including case studies, references, testimonials, and partner advisory councils

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

· Serve as a senior voice of the client internally, channeling strategic partner feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and executive leadership

· Influence the product roadmap by translating partner needs and market intelligence into prioritized feature requests and strategic themes

· Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Trust teams to ensure partner-facing processes meet regulatory requirements and SLA expectations

· Support new partner onboarding for strategic accounts, ensuring a white-glove experience during implementation and go-live

Mentorship & Team Development

· Mentor and coach junior Relationship Managers and Associate RMs, sharing best practices for partner engagement, executive communication, and strategic account management

· Contribute to the development of client success playbooks, escalation procedures, and engagement models

· Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on partner management best practices, IRA operations, and financial institution engage-ment strategies

· Provide input on hiring decisions and team development priorities for the Client Success organization

Desired Skills and Experience

The essential skills and experience for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or retirement services in a client-facing or account management role

· Familiarity with IRA products, custodial services, trust operations, or wealth management platforms

· Track record of managing C-suite and executive-level relationships at financial institutions

· Experience with client success platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

· Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company with partner/channel relationship management

· Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services (IRS, SEC, FINRA)

Education and Experience:

· 7–10+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, client success, or customer experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services

· Proven ability to build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior executives at financial institutions

· Demonstrated track record of driving client retention, expansion, and revenue growth within a strategic account portfolio

· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute complex account plans

· Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Experience mentoring or coaching junior client-facing professionals

· Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and health scoring to manage a partner portfolio

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus
