Build the Future of Carbon Markets with Cloverly

At Cloverly, we’re building the digital infrastructure for carbon markets, empowering businesses to integrate carbon management solutions into their operations seamlessly. With $20M+ in funding from top-tier investors, we are scaling fast and tackling one of the most pressing challenges of the industry - bringing trust, access, and ease to the carbon markets.

We are an early-stage, Series A team with a strong foundation:

  • A clear market need for our software
  • An experienced team of founders and early stage builders
  • A culture that is built on: making an impact, being candid, using good judgment, ownership, having fun, innovating & iterating, and prioritizing team over self, with no ego, politics, or self-serving BS

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Manager at Cloverly, you’ll be embedded within the Catalyst product team, driving multiple simultaneous projects that enhance our core product and unlock growth opportunities. You’ll take ownership of initiatives - ranging from feature development and integrations to discovery efforts and product marketing - while collaborating cross-functionally to execute and iterate quickly.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping and maintaining product processes related to development, launch, go-to-market, communications, and analysis, ensuring the team moves fast while staying aligned on priorities. This is a great opportunity to build deep product experience in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive & Execute Key Initiatives: Lead projects that improve the Catalyst product, enhance user experience, and drive business growth. Work closely with the Head of Product to prioritize initiatives and keep teams aligned.
  • Refine & Improve: Act as the voice of the customer - leveraging feedback, data, and research to validate and launch features that solve real user problems. Continuously assess and optimize outcomes.
  • Lead Discovery & Strategy: Identify high-impact opportunities through customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis. Translate insights into actionable product hypotheses.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain transparency across teams.
  • Optimize Product Processes: Help define and maintain best practices for product development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Learn ,Adapt & Iterate: Cloverly moves fast - stay curious, proactively seek feedback, analyze trends, and continuously improve our product approach.

What You Bring

You’re a self-starter who thrives in early stage environments where ambiguity is a feature, not a bug. You have a proven ability to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions. Your customer-centric mindset helps you uncover true needs and translate them into meaningful outcomes. Whether you're an experienced PM looking to expand your leadership and scope or a Senior PM who thrives in a hands-on, high-growth environment, you excel at aligning stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams, and fostering a shared vision.

You have a strong bias to action, thrive on solving hard problems, and take ownership in your results and failures. While you may not be an expert in every domain, your curiosity and adaptability enable you to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment (we’re open to both experienced PMs and Senior PMs, depending on fit).
  • Early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series B) is a must - you know how to work in fast, high-ownership environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt and iterate quickly, and use good judgment to drive results
  • Experience setting up and maintaining product processes related to development, launch, GTM, and/or communications.
  • Background in fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable; climate tech or sustainability experience is a plus.
  • You’re a problem solver. You get things done, navigate ambiguity, and make smart trade-offs when necessary.
