About the Opportunity:

Direct Report: Manager of Client Success

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Summary of Job:

The Client Success Team Lead is an ultra-important role at Chattr. The Team lead position would be in charge of managing new and existing client relationships as well as building upon the current standard operating procedures to ensure all Chattr clients receive our award winning green glove service.This position encompasses a unique combination of management experience, nurturing client management and sales/closing ability.

Our client success team prides itself on unmatched service levels. You will need to provide superior client support by finding ways to surprise and delight our clients at every turn. Our mission is to make hiring the easiest part of our clients day and our team is maniacal about driving results for our clients. This position truly makes a difference, not only within Chattr, but through helping the thousands of users that rely on the Chattr platform each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement systems and strategies that help our team hit key performance indicators such as churn and net revenue retention.
  • Create and conduct onboarding training, demos and webinars.
  • Work with the client to establish success metrics through various stages of their engagement.
  • Anticipate needs to discover potential pain points and work to create solutions for the clients needs.
  • Be a continual learner to maintain knowledge of all our products, policies, and services to help educate our customers on how best to utilize Chattr.
  • Collect, organize, and communicate customer feedback and insights to help drive innovation and improvement.
  • Any other duties asked of you by the company…remember its a start-up!

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of account management experience in SaaS
  • 1-2 years of management experience in SaaS
  • Experienced in building out a client success playbook
  • Experience in a startup environment (preferred)
  • Technical Requirements:
  • MS Office & Excel
  • Google Suite Tools
  • HubSpot (preferred) or expert use of any type of CRM software
