About the Opportunity:

Location: Tampa, FL (preferred) or Remote US ET

Summary of Job:

In this pivotal role, you will drive our brand's presence and growth in the market. We expect you to take ownership of your work product and make a significant impact on our business outcomes, including generating new annual recurring revenue (ARR). This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who excels in setting and achieving objective metrics and thrives in an early-stage SaaS startup environment.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. You’ll have experience across digital marketing, event/webinar coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, from defining target audiences and messaging to managing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, content marketing, events).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and BDR teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials that support the sales cycle and drive pipeline growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing success, including lead generation, conversion rates, and new ARR.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the HR technology industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify our brand's reach and credibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in SaaS marketing and apply them to enhance our marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Startup-to-growth experience in SaaS or technology companies (ideally $1M - $10M ARR), with accountability for achieving KPIs.
  • Experience and understanding of the HR Tech ecosystem and/or frontline businesses such as retail, restaurant, hospitality and healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting and achieving marketing objectives metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ARR growth.
  • Excellent creative marketing/advertising copy skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Working knowledge of Hubspot is a must.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI is helpful (or at least curiosity about it)
