WHO WE ARE:
brrr° is an “ingredient brand” providing cooling fabric technology to leading garment and textile brands around the world. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Finance will work with our finance manager in Taiwan to record and monitor all finances for leading the performance textile industry.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Complete Financial Reporting: record all financial data and provide tax filings, budget updates, analysis and GAAP reporting for management, investors and our Board of Directors.
- Experience with International Bookkeeping: coordination and maintenance of QuickBooks accounting for Taiwan and US Operations.
- Implementation of Efficient Transactional Processes: help to improve invoicing, letters of credit and purchase order processing for US and Taiwan Operations.
- Payroll and HR function management: for the US office and monitoring overall for the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, AR/AP, expense reports, tax filing, etc.
- Coordinate with our Taiwan operations team for all domestic and international transactions.
- Manage payroll and benefits with our PEO partner Trinet including sales commissions; evaluating benefits,
- Manage all business expense tracking and reimbursements
- Manage an annual audit.
- Translate financial statements, production reports, and other key financial metrics into a language that is understandable and usable by all team members, providing ongoing financial guidance, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting to others
- Compile and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, investors and the Board of Directors – e.g., P&L, principal and interest, credit lines, bank reports, cash pooling, general ledger, etc.
- Hold Sales and Operations accountable for financial metrics; including engaging with other department heads to monitor and provide current and forecasted project cost analysis, and budget reviews.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ bookkeeping experience within a manufacturing or consumer environment with a demonstrated record of achievement and an emphasis on international transactions.
- Effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and standard business reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and QuickBooks with emphasis on financial tracking, POs, and accounting integration.
- Advanced knowledge of international accounting transactions including letters of credit and transfer pricing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills; able to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- High comfort in delivering presentations in a small/large group setting internally/externally as well as to all levels of an organization.
This is a full-time position preferably based in our Atlanta office but open to strong candidates with remote location.
