The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our top clients, traveling to their locations approximately 90% of the time. This individual will be the primary contact point, driving client satisfaction, retention, and success. The ideal candidate is proactive, adept at managing client relationships, and skilled in understanding the unique needs of healthcare providers. Function as the key person who identifies account needs and provides top support to clients by coordinating with internal stakeholders. The company prides itself on the retention rate of clients. Along with the VP, you will partner with our clients to ensure their continued success with iScribe services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the client champion, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed. Provide regular on-site support, and troubleshooting as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.

Client Retention:

Identify client needs and proactively recommend solutions or product updates to optimize the client experience. Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and other client-facing reports. Drive and analyze client satisfaction surveys, interpreting data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to boost client engagement and satisfaction.

Client Support:

Troubleshoot issues related to the product or physician workflows, diagnosing and addressing concerns to maintain seamless functionality and user experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, and Support, to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement. Monitor account performance, develop insights, and create action plans to increase product adoption and usage.

Extensive Travel and On-site Presence:

Embrace extensive travel to client sites, ensuring a physical presence for effective, face-to-face engagement. This individual will be presented as the face of iScribeHealth. This role must have excellent communication skills and must know how to be resilient, professional, and adaptable.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relations, preferably within healthcare technology.

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively.

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time, including overnight stays.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
