About the Opportunity:

Department: Client Success

Direct Report: Manager of Client Success

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Summary of Job:

The Client Success Specialist is an ultra-important role at Chattr. You are responsible for being the front line support for our daily users. You will be expected to not only support our clients, but also anticipate their needs and provide solutions to their challenges. This position encompasses a unique combination of savvy problem solving and strong communication skills.

Our client success team prides itself on unmatched service levels. You will need to provide superior client support by finding ways to surprise and delight our clients at every turn. Our mission is to make hiring the easiest part of our clients day and our team is maniacal about driving results for our clients. This position truly makes a difference, not only within Chattr, but through helping the thousands of users that rely on the Chattr platform each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our client support via our support channel
  • Create new user accounts based on each clients customized needs
  • Compile reports and prepare client presentations
  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience through updated our standard operating procedures.
  • Collect, organize, and communicate customer feedback and insights to help drive innovation and improvement
  • Anticipate needs to discover potential pain points and work to create solutions for the clients needs.
  • Be a continual learner to maintain knowledge of all our products, policies, and services to help educate our customers on how best to utilize Chattr
  • Many other projects pertaining to client support & internal procedures …remember its a start-up!

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in client support/client success within a Saas environment (preferably within a Startup environment)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office & Excel proficiency
  • Google Suite Tools proficiency
  • HubSpot (preferred) or expert use of any type of CRM software
